Based in Hammersmith in London, FEXCO Money Transfer (FEXCO MT) is part of the FEXCO Group and is the longest running master agent in the UK operating the Western Union service since 1990. The FEXCO Group, a privately owned company based in Ireland, is a focused provider of global payments and processing. The company was founded in 1981 and has operations in Ireland, UK, Spain, UAE, Malta, Scandinavia, Australia and the USA.
As part of their training needs, FEXCO MT found it extremely costly to train new clients in multiple locations across the UK. Numerous employees were required to be on the road every day of the week to fulfil all the training requirements. The organisation and implemetation of this was expensive and time consuming.
Education Solutions was able to provide a more cost effective solution. Education Solutions designed and developed two eLearning courses for FEXCO MT. These courses were hosted internally and allowed FEXCO MT to deliver client training and track client progress for compliance through a simple online system.
