Flúirse Education Solutions is the name synonymous with Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in education in Ireland, the UK and beyond.
Flúirse Education Solutions designs and develops affordable online and instructor-led training for the education and corporate sectors. Founding partners Kristian O’Donovan and Tomás Finneran established Flúirse Education Solutions in July 2005 and officially began trading in February 2006. A Board of Directors was established in 2008. This board consists of 7 members including the founding directors and meets quarterly to review, assess and plan for the business based on the objectives of this business plan.
The company currently has five full-time staff, and also employs skilled workers on a contract or per-project basis. Flúirse Education Solutions has steadily grown from one part-time employee in 2007 to 5 fulltime employees in 2009.
Flúirse Education Solutions has two additional product lines. Firstly, the company provides a range of online courses for primary school teachers each summer. This helps Flúirse Education Solutions gain credibility and raise the profile of the company with teachers, whilst providing an annual revenue injection for the company.
Secondly, Flúirse Education Solutions operates a Business and ICT Training division and owns an exclusive franchise for providing business and ICT training in counties Kerry and Cork. Pitman Training Tralee and Cork are established training centres and provide a steady revenue stream for the company’s primary business activity, as well as giving the company access to a range of training content that can be delivered to teachers and schools.

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.
Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser.
The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
