Module 4:

  • Describe apps such as Google MyMaps, Google Keep, Google Groups, and Google Sites

  • Evaluate the benefits of Google Sites

 

Module 5:

  • Analyse the SSE six step process
  • Outline practices found useful as guides for schools implementing SSE using G-Suite for Education
  • Illustrate ways in which G-Suite for Education can be applied
  • Explain the benefits of a whole school approach to G-Suite for Education
  • Discuss the power of G-Suite for Education
  • Examine how to build a more efficient school using G-Suite for Education
  • Outline the fundamental nature of what’s involved in change, for self and for school

 

Assessment
Each module will require you to contribute a post to the course forum in response to a question posed by the course facilitator. Each question will require critical thinking on the question posed to stimulate discussion among your community of learners.  All responses will be discussed in the moderated forum and will in turn result in the development of a community of practice. During the course, you will need to answer multiple-choice questions to assess your knowledge retention.

To complete the course, you will need to undertake a significant assignment based on all modules. This assignment will take the form of a reflective exercise, the creation of a lesson plan to be used in the following academic year, and/or an opportunity for you to analyse:

  • Your key learning points from the course
  • The subject of the course in terms of your own experience
  • Practical examples of how you intend to apply what they have learned to your classroom in the year ahead
