Module 1: Growth Mindset

  • Explain why you should encourage grit amongst students

Module 4: Grit culture

  • Build grit amongst students
  • Foster a culture of grit
  • Help students find and set goals and implement goal setting in the classroom
  • Provide feedback in a way that supports the development of grit
  • Help students deal with bumps in the road

 

Module 5: The School Self-Evaluation Process

  • Understand the SSE six-step process
  • Outline practices found useful when implementing SSE
  • Illustrate ways in which SSE can be applied
  • Explain the benefits of growth mindset in a whole school approach to improvement
  • Outline the fundamental nature of what’s involved in change in a school

 

Assessment
As you complete each module of the course you will be required to undertake a multiple choice quiz. At the end of the course you will be required to complete an assignment.

If you successfully complete the multiple choice quizzes and the assignment successfully you will receive a certificate of course completion.
