On completion of this course, you will have the skills to use appropriate educational focused tools to use the web and technology including cloud, and social media to create effective and engaging learning and teaching. You will learn how to integrate technology and web-based applications to encourage whole class participation and learn how to connect to schools both locally, nationally and internationally using social media. As part of the course, you will also develop lesson plans using technology as the delivery method and learn how to search and source resources to be used in everyday teaching of the curriculum for use via technology and the web.
To qualify for your EPV days* you can select from any of our practical and beneficial suite of courses. The more courses you select, the more EPV days you receive:
- 1 online course â 3 EPV days entitlement
- 2 online courses â 4 EPV days entitlement
- 3 online courses â 5 EPV days entitlement
All our courses are run in accordance with the Department of Education and Skills criteria. Courses begin on Monday, 4th July 2022Â and must be completed by Friday, 19th August 2022Â at 5.00pm.
Each course requires approximately 20 hours of study. The Discussion forums are facilitated by expert moderators. When you have successfully completed your course you will receive your CPD Certificate.
