FSC2219 Introduction to Management for Teachers
The course aims to offer teachers an insight into management for teachers and, in particular, how everyone plays a part in managing a school environment. It explores key aspects of management such as communication, performance, conflict management, people management, motivation, task and time management and decision-making techniques.
Participants will explore key management techniques, in particular distributed leadership, and its application to the operation of a school in the context of school improvement.

- Target Audience: Teachers looking for an insight into management and, in particular, how everyone plays a part in managing a school environment

- Prerequisites or Requirements: Suitable for all primary school teachers
