This course engages a whole school approach to Irish Sign Language where the strengths of all pupils, Hearing and Deaf are enhanced and their needs addressed. The course explores innovative ways of including ISL in school life, in language, song, rhyme and active lessons. The meta linguistic development of all pupils is considered with the benefit of this visual language ISL for all pupils explored.

COURSE DETAILSÂ
- Target Audience: Teachers looking to engage a whole school approach to Irish Sign Language where the strengths of all pupils, Hearing and Deaf are enhanced and their needs addressed
- Equipment Required: All our courses are accessible through PC, Laptop, iPad, Tablet and Mobile devices. Internet access required with broadband speeds recommended
- Prerequisites or Requirements: Suitable for all primary school teachers
- Duration: All FlĂșirse Online Teacher Summer Courses are available from July 4th â August 19th. Each course requires approximately 20 hours of training and engagement
