FSC2238 School Self-Evaluation Fundamentals
On completion of this course, you will have the skills necessary to apply the School Self-Evaluation Process to the work that you do. You will understand how to identify a focus, how to gather evidence and the kind of evidence needed for the analysis stage of the six-stage process. You will learn how close your practice is to the statements of effective practice and if you are moving towards highly effective practice. From there you will learn how to develop an improvement plan and put that improvement plan into action. You will also learn what is involved in the monitoring and evaluation stage of the process and what to focus on next.
